# Leadership assignment: what should GeoNordic decide?

Prepare a decision using the supplied synthetic leadership and source files. If the
workshop lead starts phase two, also use the frozen outputs from Sales, Marketing,
Finance, and People as advisory inputs; they do not become authoritative merely
because another group produced them.

## Deliverables

Complete `08-output-templates/decision-memo-template.md` with:

1. a maximum six-bullet situation summary;
2. one choice: proceed fully, proceed with bounded conditions, or pause;
3. the evidence, opportunities, risks, conditions, and unanswered questions;
4. named human decision owners and the next control checkpoint;
5. a short reflection for the [closing experience round](../11-exercises/closing.md).

Every material claim must cite a source ID. Separate facts, group interpretations,
and leadership judgement. Open each source in a final “show the source” pass and
record one AI suggestion you corrected or rejected.

## Stretch

Turn the final prompt sequence into a six-step reusable workflow for making bounded
decisions from conflicting cross-functional evidence.
